We believe true wellness flows like the tide — from faith, gratitude, and the healing power of the land and sea. At LiveManaWell, our family invites you to reconnect with your inner mana and live fully alive in mind, body, and spirit.

Our story

Hi, I’m Shelly Lahilahi, founder of LiveManaWell.

I was blessed to grow up with a strong Hawaiian grandmother who taught us the true meaning of Oni Pa’a — to stand steadfast and immovable through faith in God and hard work. She showed us the power of ʻohana through daily gratitude, loving service, and honoring the mana — the divine spirit that flows through all of God’s creations. At home, we laughed, danced, and relied on natural remedies. Even when we didn’t have much, Grandma’s example reminded us we had purpose and could still live well.

My father added another powerful lesson — patience and the gift of a positive attitude no matter the circumstances. While caring for him in his final days, I was heartbroken I couldn’t change the outcome. Yet the only areas of his body that showed healing were the ones I treated with my homemade remedies. That experience lit a fire in me to share these gifts with others.

Raising our seven children with my husband Andy has given me countless opportunities to live these values every single day.
My testimony is simple: God has already given us everything we need to LiveManaWell. When we care for our mind, body, and spirit, we gain the strength to overcome obstacles and help others do the same.

Welcome to our ʻohana!
